Ingredients:

-1 (15 ounces) can mandarin oranges in light syrup

-2 tablespoon butter

-2 tablespoon all-purpose flour

-1 cup white sugar

-1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

-1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

-1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese

-2 eggs

-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

-1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

-2 tablespoons white sugar

-3 tablespoons butter

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch springform pan.

2. Drain the mandarin oranges and set aside.
