Ingredients

• 2½ cups of vanilla ice cream
• 3 ounces of bourbon
• ½  cup chocolate chips
• 6-8 mint leaves

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
2. Adjust ingredients according to preferred consistency.
3. Enjoy!
