Mouth Watering Mushroom Meatloaf

  • 1 ½ pound of fresh or frozen ground beef or turkey

  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the internal temperature of the meatloaf reaches 165°F.
  6. Let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
