– 4 medium-sized apples
– 2 tablespoons of honey
– 2 tablespoon of butter
– 2 tablespoons of demerara sugar
– ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
– ½ teaspoon of nutmeg
– A dash of ground cloves


1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Slice the apples into 8 pieces each and remove the core.

3. Arrange the apple pieces in a baking dish.
