Delightfully Delicious Kamut Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
- 3 ½ cups of Kamut grain
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of active dry or instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 ½ cups of warm water
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil (for glazing)
Instructions:
- Stir together warm water, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Once the yeast has had time to activate, whisk in the salt and Kamut grain and knead for about 8 minutes.
- After kneading, form the dough into a round loaf and place into a greased dutch oven.
- Let rise for 60 minutes, then brush the top with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 425F (220C) for 15 minutes.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 400F (200C) and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the loaf has reached 200F (90C).
