– 3 lb Jidori chicken
– 4 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
– 4 tsp Miso paste
– 2 tsp soy sauce

– 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
– 1/4 cup mirin (japanese rice wine)
