Indian Paneer Butter Masala Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 large onion diced
- 3 cloves of garlic minced
- 1-2 green chili peppers, stemmed, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 large chopped tomato
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 pound paneer cubed
Instructions:
- In a large pan, heat the butter over medium-high heat. Add the cumin and stir for 30 seconds.
- Add the onion, garlic and chili peppers. Cook for 5 minutes or until the onion is translucent.
- Add the garam masala, coriander, turmeric, chopped tomato and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the cubed paneer and let it simmer for 10 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
