Indian Kebab Recipe

Kebabs are a traditional dish in Indian cuisine, and no cookout is complete without these mouth-watering kababs. The kebab recipe we have here is an easy one to make, and will give you an authentic taste of India’s culture.

Ingredients:

-1 lb of minced lamb (or beef, if desired)
-2 tablespoons of grated ginger
-2 tablespoons of chopped garlic
-2 tablespoons of garam masala
-2 tablespoons of ground coriander
-1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
-1 teaspoon of ground cumin
-2 tablespoons of fresh, chopped coriander
-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Begin by combining the ginger, garlic, garam masala, ground coriander, turmeric, and cumin together in a bowl.

2. Add the fresh, chopped coriander and season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. In a separate bowl, combine the minced meat with the spice mixture and mix well until everything is fully incorporated.

4. Take a handful of the mixture and form it into a patty shape.

5. Heat a pan with a little oil over medium-high heat and cook the kebab patties for about 4 minutes on each side, or until golden and cooked through.

6. Place the cooked kebabs on a plate and serve them with chutney or raita for a full Indian experience!
