Imbolc Cake Recipe
– 1 cup roasted chickpeas
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– ¼ cup sunflower seeds
– ¼ cup olive oil
– 1 teaspoon anise
– ½ teaspoon nutmeg
– ½ teaspoon cumin
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a medium bowl, mix together chickpeas and all-purpose flour until blended.
3. Stir in sunflower seeds, olive oil, anise, nutmeg, and cumin until thoroughly combined.
4. Grease a 8 inch cake pan with cooking spray.
