– ¼ cup soy sauce
– 2 scallions, chopped


1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, garlic, cumin and chili powder and sauté until the vegetables are soft and lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the cooked Hilichurls and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.

4. Add the cooked white rice and soy sauce and stir to combine everything.

5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the rice is cooked through and everything is hot and fragrant.

6. Add the chopped scallions and mix everything together one last time.
