-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/2 teaspoon paprika
-1 teaspoon salt

1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground bison, onion, jalapeno, garlic, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.

2. Form mixture into 8 equal-sized patties.

3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the patties.

4. Cook 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

5. Serve on hamburger buns, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and desired condiments.
