What is Tzatziki?

Tzatziki is a Greek sauce that’s made from strained Greek yogurt, cucumbers, garlic, lemon juice, and usually a combination of fresh herbs like dill and mint. Ingredients:

-1 cup Greek yogurt
-1/2 cup peeled and grated cucumber
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-1 tablespoon lemon juice
-1 teaspoon minced garlic
-2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
-1 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, combine the yogurt and cucumber and mix until combined.

2. Add in the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper and mix until combined.

3. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
