This gouda Soup is A True Delight

3. Pour in the vegetable stock and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer, cover, and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.

4. Stir in the cream and gouda cheese, stirring constantly until the cheese has melted and the soup is creamy, about 10 minutes.

5. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the lemon juice and parsley. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
