Emeril Lasagna Recipe

Lasagna

  • 1 (8 ounce) package lasagna noodles
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Filling

  1. In a large skillet over medium high heat, cook the ground beef and onions until the meat is no longer pink. Drain the fat.
  2. Add the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Emeril’s original essence. Stir to combine.
  3. Add the tomato sauce and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the cheeses.

Lasagna

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the lasagna noodles and cook for 10 minutes.
