Dr Fuhrman Soup Recipe


•1 tbsp olive oil

•2 cloves garlic, minced

•1 onion, diced

•1 celery stalk, diced

•1 carrot, chopped

•3 medium potatoes, cut into cubes

•1 red bell pepper, diced

•2 dried red chillies

•2 tsp smoked paprika

•1 tsp turmeric

•1 tsp chili powder

•1 tsp ground ginger

•4 cups vegetable broth

•1 can diced tomatoes

•1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained

•Salt and pepper to taste
