– 1 lb ground bison

– 1 teaspoon oregano
– ½ teaspoon garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 tablespoons olive oil

1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

2. Add the onions and bell pepper and cook until the vegetables are softened and lightly browned.
