– 1½ lbs. ground bison
– 1 large onion, diced
– 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
– 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
– 1 tsp. garlic powder
– 1 tsp. onion powder
– 2 cups shredded cabbage
– 1 cup shredded carrots
– 2 tbsp. olive oil


1. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
