Crispy German Chicken – Time to Get Your Finger Licking

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ cup olive oil


  1. In a shallow dish, combine the flour, garlic powder, salt, paprika, black pepper and onion powder.
  2. In another shallow dish, beat together the eggs.
  3. In a third shallow dish, add the breadcrumbs.
  4. Take one chicken breast at a time and dip it in the flour mixture. Make sure to coat the chicken well.
  5. Then dip it in the egg mixture and coat it well.
  6. Finally, dip it in the breadcrumb mixture and coat it again.
  7. Place all the coated chicken breasts on a plate.
  8. Heat up the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  9. Once the oil is hot, add a couple of chicken breasts and cook for around 4 minutes on each side until both sides are golden brown and the chicken is cooked through.
  10. Remove from the heat and repeat the same process with the remaining chicken breasts.
  11. Serve the crispy German chicken with your favorite sides and Enjoy!
