Ingredients

– 3-4 Cloves of Garlic – Minced
– 2 TBSP of Oil
– 500g of Chicken (Cut into Chunks)
– 1 ½ TBSP of Light Soy Sauce

Instructions

1. Heat the oil in a wok.
2. Sauté the garlic and chilli for 1 minute.

5. Add the chilli paste, coconut milk and fish sauce to the wok, stirring continuously to combine.
