Chinese Chicken and Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients:
-2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
-3 cups broccoli florets
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
-1 tablespoon oyster sauce
-1 tablespoon sesame oil
-2 tablespoons soy sauce
-2 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. Start by cutting the chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, mix together the garlic, ginger, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Pour the sauce over the chicken and mix until coated. Set aside and let marinate for 15 minutes.
