Enjoy a Tastebud-Tantalizing Bowl of Creamy Chicken Shorba

Ingredients

-1 lb chicken (you can use thigh, breast or cutlet pieces)
-2 potatoes, diced
-1/4 cup peas
-1 onion, diced
-2 tomatoes, diced
-1/4 cup coriander leaves
-1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
-1/2 teaspoon turmeric
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-1/2 teaspoon garam masala
-2 cups chicken stock
-Salt and pepper to taste

Method

1. Heat the oil in a large pan and add the onions. Saute until golden brown.
2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and turmeric, and stir.
3. Add the chicken and sauté until lightly browned.
4. Add the potatoes, peas and tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Add the chicken stock and bring the mixture to a boil.
6. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
7. Add the garam masala and coriander leaves, and stir.
8. Simmer for a further 5 minutes.
9. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
