Chicken Salad Chick Cookie

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup cooked, chopped chicken
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, egg, and brown sugar until blended.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Then add to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Stir in the oats, chopped pecans, chopped chicken and cranberries until mixed.
- Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet, leaving a few inches in between cookies.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
