Chicken Salad Chick Broccoli Salad

This absolutely delicious Chicken Salad Chick Broccoli Salad is sure to become a family favorite. It is a great side dish for almost any meal and can be prepared in no time.


  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons raw sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 head broccoli, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup carrots, grated
  • 1/2 cup toasted almonds
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and diced


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together broccoli, red onion, carrots, almonds, and raisins.
