-1 kg chicken, cut into serving sizes
-1 can of tomato sauce
-1 large onion, chopped
-2 garlic cloves, minced
-2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
-1 teaspoon sea salt
-Freshly ground black peppercorns
-2 tablespoon cooking oil
-2 bay leaves
-1 cup of water


1. Heat the cooking oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
