Chicken Hearts Recipe

-1 small onion, diced
-2 cloves of garlic, minced
-1 lb. of chicken hearts
-1 teaspoon of olive oil
-1 teaspoon of paprika
-1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
-1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1. Begin by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the heated oil and sauté until the onion is soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.

4. Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
