Welcome to my blog! Today I’m featuring a unique chicken bacon ranch sandwich that you can find in Subway. This mouth-watering sandwich combines classic elements of the American kitchen – crispy bacon, juicy oven-roasted chicken and sharp ranch dressing – all on a crunchy Italian ciabatta roll. It’s the perfect combination of salty, crunchy and creamy.

If you’re feeling adventurous, why not add a hint of heat and some global flavors by adding a handful of prepared kimchi to the mix. The combination of the spicy cabbage and the cool ranch is out of this world!


  • 1 Italian ciabatta roll
  • 2 tablespoons of Ranch dressing
  • 2 slices of crispy bacon
  • 2 slices of cheese (I prefer sharp cheddar)
  • Sliced oven-roasted chicken
  • 4 slices of pickles (optional)
  • 1/4 cup of prepared kimchi (optional)


1. Toasting

Place the ciabatta roll on a hot skillet and toast the roll until golden brown and slightly crisp.

2. Assembling

Spread the ranch dressing on the roll, add the crispy bacon, cheese and sliced chicken. Optionally, add pickles and/or kimchi.

3. Finishing

Once the ingredients are assembled, top the sandwich with the other half of the ciabatta roll and enjoy!
