Ingredients:

– 2kg of chicken, cleaned and cut into pieces

– 2 teaspoons coriander
– 1 tablespoon of chilli powder
– Salt, to taste
– 2 tablespoons oil
– 2 onions, chopped
– 2 tomatoes, chopped
– 2 green chillies, chopped
– 2 tablespoons of yoghurt

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, mix together the garlic paste, ginger paste, cumin, coriander, red chilli powder, and salt.

2. Coat the chicken pieces in the marinade and set aside for 30 minutes.

3. Preheat the tandoor to a very high temperature.

4. Place the marinated chicken pieces in the tandoor and cook for 15 minutes.

5. In a medium saucepan, heat the oil and add the onions, tomatoes, and green chili.

6. Cook until the vegetables are softened, then add the yoghurt and the cooked chicken pieces.

7. Simmer the chicken for 5-10 minutes, or until the flavors combine.

8. Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
