– 500g minced chicken
– 1 red onion, finely chopped
– 10-12 red bird eye chilli, chopped
– 2 tablespoons fish sauce
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– A handful of fresh coriander
– 2 tablespoons sweet and sour sauce
– Vegetable oil as needed


1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add in the minced chicken and fry until cooked through.
3. Then add in the onions, chilli, and garlic. Stir until everything is well combined.
