Ingredients

-2 to 3 pounds of pork shoulder
-1 can Dr. Pepper
-1/4 cup chopped garlic
-1/4 cup cider vinegar
-3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
-1 cup BBQ sauce
-4 to 5 cups of coleslaw mix
-1/4 cup mayonnaise
-1 tablespoon of honey
-1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
-Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Keep the pork shoulder in a large bowl and mix together the Dr. Pepper, garlic, cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and BBQ sauce.

2. Pour this marinade over the pork, cover it, and let it marinate for at least 4 hours.

3. Fire up the Big Green Egg and set your temperature to 240 F.

4. Place the pork shoulder in the Big Green Egg and cook it for 4 to 5 hours, or until it reaches a temperature of 205 F.
