An Irresistible Banana Bread Recipe with Splenda to Make Everyone A Fan

Ingredients

– 2 cups of all-purpose flour

– 2 ripe bananas
– 1 teaspoon of baking soda
– 2 eggs

– ¾ cup of butter or margarine

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.

2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, Splenda, baking soda and cinnamon.

3. Mash the bananas in a separate bowl.

4. In a third bowl, whisk together the eggs and butter or margarine until blended.

5. Add the banana mixture to the flour mixture and mix until just blended.

6. Slowly pour in the egg and butter mixture, stirring until everything is fully combined.

7. Grease a 9 by 5 inch loaf pan and spoon the batter into it.

8. Bake for 50 minutes or until the banana bread passes the toothpick test.

9. Let the banana bread cool for 10 minutes before serving.
