– 4 prosciutto slices – half an apple, peeled, cored and sliced – fresh mozzarella, about 4 medium slices, diced – 1/2 white onion, sliced – 1/2 tomato, sliced – garlic slivers – olive oil – ground black pepper

Sprinkle flatbread with olive oil, then begin layering: tomatoes, garlic slivers, black pepper, mozzarella slices, apple, onion and finally the prosciutto.

Place in a 350 degree F oven on a parchment paper lined baking sheet until cheese has melted and crust is crisp, about 15-20 minutes. 1 flat bread is good for 2 servings.
